Lauren Von Der Pool, founder/ CEO of Von Der Pool Gourmet, Inc., is committed to teaching inner city and impoverished communities about healthy choices and agricultural awareness. Given Lauren’s commitment to everything Green over the past decade earned her an invitation to address the White House and share a panel with Energy Secretary Steven Chu and Interior Secretary Ken Salazar discussing the future of Green Enterprise and Clean and Renewable Energy.

As a celebrity chef, her specialization in exotic, vegan and raw food cuisine has gained her unprecedented respect of the culinary community world wide, not to mention she is on 25 years old. As an esteemed Le Cordon Bleu graduate, she continues to set the standard for future alumni, often being invited back to lecture.

Her career includes catering the Oscars, Grammys, AMA’s and countless A-List celebrity events as an apprentice to Wolfgang Puck.
